The patient had a progressive rash associated with fever and inflamation of mouth area. She was taking bactrim since long time and stopped to take it when rash started. Fever go down when rash appear. After one week I decided to give again 1/2 bactrim to observe because I was more thinking about viral disease (measle like). 15 minutes after she took bactrim, acute rash again (including palms!) + coughing... We treated with high dose of dexa directly and all was all right the day after. (Here you can see she had also mild seborrheic eczema not connected with allergy)
